Her background in the sports team setting has highlighted her passion for collaboration among health care and performance professionals. In the team setting, it is imperative that all members of the medical, performance and technical staff collaborate in order to best manage the athlete back to full performance. She believes a multidisciplinary and integrated treatment approach to pain and injury management is key to sustainable recovery and performance.

Whether an acute injury or end-stage performance rehabilitation, she approaches each athlete from a functional standpoint to keep them performing at a high level, while still progressing through the rehabilitation and recovery process.
